Originally from Naples in Italy, Laura tutors Italian to students of all levels and purposes. Laura has recently graduated with an MA in Translation and Interpreting from Swansea University and now resides in her hometown in Italy.

Laura's Italian translation experience ranges from Journalism and Politics to the Environment and Healthcare. Most recently, she's been involved in translation and interpretation projects for our clients Amazon Prime, NBC Universal, the BBC and HBO.

Laura speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Arabic.

Qualifications
and
experience

Laura has recently graduated with an MA in Translation and Interpreting from Swansea University where she specialised in the use of different CAT tools, Termbases and Translation Memories. Prior to her studies in South Wales, Laura graduated with a BA in Languages and Cultural Mediation from the University of Naples in Italy.

Laura has also specialised in translation of Italian texts related to the fields of Journalism, Politics, Environment and Healthcare. Some of her short stories have also been published in Italy.

Most recently, Laura has been consulting, translating and interpreting for Series 3 of 'Hanna', in association with Amazon Prime, NBC Universal and Tomorrow Studios, our latest media project. She has also been translating and interpreting for the 'Industry' TV series in production with our clients the BBC and HBO.

Laura now resides in her hometown in Italy.
